Dream Collector -Why I now offer Free Dream Interpretations

Some of you may have noticed a new tab on my website – Dream Collector – and wondered what this is about.  The short answer – I am in the process of collecting dreams.  This is an exchange I have set up.  You give me your dream to do with as I please and I will give you a free dream interpretation.

Now, some of you may be wondering, why in the world am I doing this?  Why have I even ventured into the realm of dream interpretation whereas my main focus has always been on tarot?  The short answer – my guides made me do it.

The long answer…well for that we would have to go back to August 2015.  There I was standing in the bargain book section at Barnes and Noble and a scent drafted my way.  Not the soothing smell of the in-house Starbucks, instead this was the pungent odor of patchouli.  Knowing intuitively what this meant, I felt the urge to look down.  What was the first book to catch my eye – a book on dream interpretation.  I knew right then that my guides wanted to direct me to this book, but I wasn’t exactly sure what their message was all about.

This idea of dream interpretation was not new to me at that point.  A few years before this, I had discovered a podcast on unity radio by Michael Lennox and had binge listened to many of those episodes.  But why would my guides want me to start focusing on dream interpretations, I still wasn’t sure.

The next week I decided to take a trek to the local metaphysical store.  I had recently moved back to the town I grew up in and was slowly making my rounds to all the stores to find out which ones had the best wears.  I entered the store and felt a sudden electric shock.  Hmmm, that was weird.  It was the middle of summer in a city full of humidity – a place where static electricity doesn’t like to dwell.  I beelined it over to the tarot decks to check out their selection.  Not quite the wall of decks from the last city I lived in, but a decent selection.  I handled a few, looking over the familiar decks, and then I touched one and that “shock” came back.  Hmmm, this electric shock came when touching The Dreaming Way Tarot.

Okay, so now my guides had lead me to a Dreaming Interpretation book and a deck of tarot cards called The Dreaming Way Tarot.  This picture was starting to fall into place.  I started re-listening to the Dream Interpretation podcast and reading every book I could find at the library on the subject.  And then I did what most of us do with the guidance we receive – forget about it for a year.

Well, that is not entirely true.  The idea that the dream world and dream interpretations were important to my path always stayed in the back of my mind, but I wasn’t quite sure what they meant.  And, the truth is, I’m still not sure where the idea of the dreamworld is supposed to lead me – what I am sure about is the power of guidance and the knowledge that I should actually follow all these signs I have been given.

So after some more signs appeared late in 2016 (including a peak into my Akashic records) I decided to go forward and start offering dream interpretation as a service in my etsy store.  I told my guides – if this is what I am supposed to do give me a sign.  Well, I had my first order in less than an hour and more orders continued to come in.  I guess that was their answer.

Now how did I get from there to this idea of Dream Collector and offering dream interpretations for free?  Another message from my guides.  This time it came in a familiar way – a song.  I have this guide that communicates very strongly by giving me song lyrics.  Sometimes I know where these songs come from and sometimes I google them later on to find out who sung them or where they are from.  Here the song that came to mind during a meditation was “Give it away” by the Red Hot Chili Peppers – one that I had to google to find out who sung it.

Add up all this guidance and I have had some pretty strong indicators that my path in life has something to do with dreams and to get there I need to start collecting other people’s dreams.  What am I going to do with this collection I am amassing?  Good question.  I have some ideas in mind, but the full guidance has not come through yet.  What has come through is a time frame – 3 years.  Yep, I am going to have to be patient and wait this one out.  Luckily, I am well aware that patience is one of those lessons I have come here to learn so I am getting better at it the more I am exposed to it – but, I won’t lie, it is still really hard to be patient.
