Meet the Spirit: Jessica

A woman in a pink princess looking dress, full of tulle is coming forward.  The pink is a light pink that sparkles in the sunlight.  She has brown hair that is curly and goes to her shoulders.  She looks like she is floating or perhaps walking on a cloud.

I ask this guide her name and she says we can call her Jessica.

She brings us a message today of love.  She says that love can help us feel this experience of joy – like floating on a cloud – this higher elevated state of energy.  She is asking us to bring love into our heart chakra, pulling it up from the earth and down from the “heavens” and gathering it in our heart.  Next, take all that gathered love and release it like an explosion out into the world, seeing it spread over the entire globe.

This, she says, giving love is the ultimate act of receiving love.  By giving this love out into the world we, in turn, receive that love back to us.

What a beautiful exercise for us to complete.  I am going to try to do this exercise every day, feeling that energy of love and that vibration of joy.
