** The Meet the Spirit series introduces us to a spirit entity each week.  These spirit entities bring forth a message for the audience.  If you would like to get to know your personal spirit guides, please check up my spirit guide reading available through Etsy***

I have a spirit coming forward. He is a younger boy that is presenting with a bit of an attitude. He is chewing some gum and bouncing a basketball. He appears as a young male, around 13-14. Black hair that is a little messy and needs a trim. He is wearing a white shirt that looks like it has a lot of paint of different colors splattered on it and jeans.

I ask what we can call him and he says Jose.

I ask what message he has for us. He shows me the image of him chewing gum, bouncing the basketball and skateboarding at the same time. Then suddenly he stops and the gum, skateboard and basketball disappear.

A lot of time we are trying to do too many things at once. We are trying to navigate our life with so many distractions that we don’t even know where we are supposed to go anymore. But there is no one forcing you to do all these things.

You can stop chewing the gum at any time – you can stop thinking incessant thoughts that bring you anxiety.

You can stop bouncing that basketball – you can stop trying to force your energy into things that are not ready to manifest.

You can stop skateboarding – you can stop moving forward faster than your legs can carry you – faster than you are ready to move.

Just stop what you are doing right now – yes you – stop – it will just be for a moment.

Take a deep breath.  Fill those lungs with air. Let your mind stop thinking.

Know in your inner self that you are a spiritual being.

Okay – now go out and live your life with this knowledge at the front of your mind.

Thank you, Jose, for coming forward today. May blessings be on you and yours.
