Meet the Spirit: Allison

A woman is coming forward dressed as a ballerina in a pink ballet outfit. She is on her tiptoes spinning in a circle. This woman presents with brown or sandy blonde hair in a tight bun on top of her head. She has very pale skin and is very thin. Her movements are delicate and beautiful – she is not rushing this stance. Her hands above her head – up on her tip toes – going around in a circle. 

In the background I can see that she appears to be in a studio of some kind. There are mirrors and ballet bars that line the walls and the floor is wood that is worn from many years of work. 

I ask what we can call this spirit and she says Allison.

I ask what message she has for us today and she says that the beauty in her dance comes from the stillness – the patience – the subtle movements. It is not just the grand movements that make ballet beautiful, but the smaller minor movements that prove the difference between the amateur and the professional.

This is a message that if you want to be “professional” – if you want to embody the three of pentacle energy – then you must practice the small movements – the minor movements that aren’t visible from a far but make all the difference. Do not discount the little things you do each and every day to add to the whole.
