Meet the Spirit – Anthony

A spirit is coming forward. He looks to be in a monk’s robes, but more the dominican robes and not a buddhist monk. The robes are brown and he has a rope around his waist. His head is bald except for a little white hair on the edges. He has a gentle face and a slight smile. He is wearing a pair of wire-rimmed glasses that are slowly slipping down his nose.

I ask this gentle spirit what name we can call him. He says to call him Anthony.

I ask what message he has for us today. He says that we should not discount the power of prayer. Prayer is a message to your higher self – to whatever beings you believe in – angels, guides, spiritual forces – prayer is your intention made manifest.

In our society today, there is a lot of backlash against religions that have dominated the world this last century. Many people want to get away from the religions of their youth that they felt were hostile and patriarchal. But, Anthony is saying not to discount all parts of the religion just because some don’t work for you.

Prayer is not just the domain of organized religions – instead it is a powerful tool that can be utilized by al individuals – lightworkers, witches, healers – to send a beacon of light and love out into the world. 

“Pray without ceasing” – keep your thoughts high and your vibrations will follow.
