*** The Meet the Spirit series introduces us to a spirit entity each week.  These spirit entities bring forth a message for the audience.  If you would like to get to know your personal spirit guides, please check up my spirit guide reading available through Etsy***

A young spirit is coming forward. It appears to be a child, a young girl. She is jumping rope while playing a game of hopscotch at the same time. Now that is talent! This girl has shoulder length brown hair and bangs that are cut straight against her forehead. She is wearing a stripped shirt with different shades of browns and oranges and greens and a pair of blue jean overalls that are shorts. She has a smattering of freckles on her cheeks.

I ask this spirit what we can call her and she says to use the name Abigail.

I ask her what her message is for us today. She shows me her trick of jump roping across her hopscotch game then says “Grownups” try to do too many things at once and it is something they are now teaching their kids to do – to multitask. Instead of just enjoying one activity – jump roping or hopscotch – she now has to figure out a way to enjoy both at the same time.

But, what if we dropped the jumprope and just enjoyed being outside. Just take a second and enjoy the feeling of the sun peaking through the trees and hitting our cheeks. Just enjoyed the sounds of the birds chirping from a distance. Just enjoyed being.

We all chose to incarnate on this planet. And it isn’t all bad. Yes it is difficult. Yes this dense world is hard to manage sometimes. But it is also beautiful. It was designed originally as a paradise – can you enjoy it as such?

Abigail wants us all to take a few minutes today and go outside. Feel what it is like to live on this planet. Feel the sun or the rain against your skin. Feel the sensation that it brings. Use your senses and hear the sounds of the world – the cars, the birds, the planes flying overhead. Appreciate this world that we live in.

Thank you, Abigail, for that beautiful message. May blessing be upon you and yours.
