*** The Meet the Spirit series introduces us to a spirit entity each week.  These spirit entities bring forth a message for the audience.  If you would like to get to know your personal spirit guides, please check up my spirit guide reading available through Etsy***

An older gentleman is coming forward. He has white hair with a long white beard. He is hunching over and using a cane to walk around – it looks like we are in a park and he is walking toward a park bench. He has on green corduroy pants and a khaki colored shirt.

I ask this guide what name we can call him and he says Samuel.

I ask what message he has for us today. He starts throwing out lilt pieces of dried bread on the ground to feed the pigeons. Then he said “look” – pointing to the pigeons eating. He is showing that just one person can “feed” many. He wants me to know that “feed” is a metaphor here – everything is symbolic and he wants to make sure I am not taking this literally.  I assure him I understand not to take his message literally.

He says that just one person spreading tiny kernels of truth can help others. But then the others, the pigeons, may look to this person as a “god”. But he is not a god, just someone willing to spread tiny bits of the truth around. What is even better is for the pigeons to go and find the “truths” themselves, without this man’s help.

Sure, some spiritual messages can be spoon fed in tiny doses to you. But, the great spiritual wisdom comes from experiences – comes from the pigeon daring the street of cars to pick up the discarded donut on the streets. That is when real reward is achieved – that is when knowledge with multiple layers can be truly understood. Experience.

Thank you, Samuel, for your message today. May blessings be on you and yours.
