Meet the Spirit – Sanches

A spirit is coming forward. He is presenting himself as a hispanic individual, maybe from South America or Mexico. He has dark brown hair, a mustache and dark eyes. He is wearing a poncho with brown, black and cream stripes and carrying a drum that has a strap and fits around his body.

He says we can call him Sanches. 

His message today is one of incorporation. Incorporating all the pieces of your life into one song. Not just the good parts but the seemingly bad parts and dull parts as well. Life isn’t just about the exciting times, the boring and dull times add a sense of balance and flavor to life that it needs. They are are the “ands” and “buts” the connect the sentences of your life’s story. Don’t discount them or under-appreciate them.
