Meet the Spirit – Destiny

A spirit is riding up on horseback. We appear to be in a woods or forest. This spirit is taking the form of a woman. She is on a brown horse and has longish auburn hair. She is wearing some sort of string or band around her head and is carrying a bow and arrow. Her dress is a dull pink color and is cut loosely so it does not interfere with her riding.

She says we can call her Destiny.

She holds out a hand and encourages me to hop on the horse behind her. I get on and hold on tight as the horse starts to gallop away. While riding she says – this forest is our home – this forest is our thoughts and prayers – this forest is us. When we hunt in this forest we hunt a part of ourselves. When we sleep in this forest we sleep among ourselves. When we breath – it breaths. 

She takes me to a clearing and we watch the sun overhead. We sit down on a rock together. This is our home but it is your home too. This is a spiritual place – the earth – it is your learning ground as much as it is ours. We both need to work together to protect what is ours – what is us.

– So now the song Mr. Brightside by The Killers is stuck in my head, specifically the line “Destiny is calling me/Open up my eager eyes” – I don’t see it as “chance” or “random” when I receive this information – this is an added layer to this message using the name the spirit provided and song lyrics. We need to “Open up my (our) eager eyes”. –
