Focus on the Heart: Message From SEA

My child, do not think that you can understand the world when the world was not made to be understood. Instead, focus on the heart of every matter. Yes, you will say the wrong thing or do the wrong thing, but who is to say what is right and wrong when all are in God. All are divine, the sheep and the lamb and the wolf seeking to destroy both.

Instead, what we ask for you to do is to focus on the heart in every situation. Focus on the love which springs from this heart center unbidden and freely. This is the task at hand.

When you feel frightened, when you feel wearied, when you feel like you do not have the answers to the life before you, focus on the heart center. 

There is nothing more or less for you to do. It is as simple as that.

And so it is.
